Terms of service

GUDOGUY Editor is an internal tool of the GUDOGUY team. Accounts are given by the team to its members; using the editor means accepting these terms.

YouTube

The editor uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to the editor you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. What the editor itself does with that data is in its privacy policy.

Connecting a channel

• Connect only channels you own or manage, and only with the account that has the right to manage them.
• Everything the editor changes on YouTube is done at a team member's request; the content sent - titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails - is the team's responsibility and must follow YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time; the editor then stops all requests for it.

The quiz site

The public quiz site at club.gudoguy.com shows the leaderboard and achievements of the live movie-quiz streams. Signing in there with Google is optional; it uses YouTube API Services, so by signing in you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Points and achievements are a game: they can be corrected or reset when a stream had a technical problem or someone cheated, and have no monetary value.

Availability

The editor and the quiz site are provided as is, without guarantees of availability. Requests to YouTube are subject to YouTube's own limits and may be refused by YouTube.
